A new home for a Dallas home-based decorator and his wife has been unveiled in the Candyman.
The property is located at 1325 N. Lincoln St., a former home of the Dallas Mavericks.
The home features a master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a pool and deck.
The couple will be renovating the property and will start construction next month.
They plan to expand their home’s amenities including a gym, tennis court, indoor basketball court, and fitness center.
The interior of the property will include a living room with two large windows.
The new home will have an entrance for guests.
It will feature a fireplace, fire pit, fireplace mantel, and a large windows with a large glass window.
The design is an homage to the candyman, the character from Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
The owner of the home is Eric Haines, who was inspired to create the home after his wife’s mother died of a heart attack at age 45.
The family bought the property in February of 2018, and Eric Hains plans to use the home for various purposes including entertaining guests, working out, or as a family entertainment center.
